Animeta BV (Chamber of Commerce 99681897), established at Oprijlaan 3, 9205 BZ Drachten, the Netherlands, is responsible for processing personal data via tools.animeta.app.

2. What data do we process?

Animeta Tools processes minimal data. We process:

Technical data via Google Analytics 4: anonymised IP address, browser type, device data, page visits and tool interactions.
Passport photos uploaded for the scan feature. These are processed solely for text recognition and are not stored.
Messages entered in the AI advisor. These are processed via the Anthropic API and not stored by us.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or other directly identifiable data.

Providing the tools (vaccination checker, passport scan, AI advisor)
Usage analysis to improve the service (Google Analytics 4)

5. Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 cookies for analytics purposes. No marketing or third-party tracking cookies are placed.

6. Retention periods

Analytics data (GA4): maximum 14 months
Uploaded passport photos: not retained
AI advisor messages: not retained

We share data with the following processors:

Google (Analytics 4) — analytics data
Anthropic — AI advisor messages and passport scan processing
Vercel — service hosting

Data processing agreements are in place with all processors.

8. Your rights
