1. Parties
These terms of use apply to the use of tools.animeta.app, offered by Animeta BV (Chamber of Commerce 99681897), established at Oprijlaan 3, 9205 BZ Drachten, the Netherlands.
2. The service
Animeta Tools provides free online tools for horse owners and riders, including a vaccination checker (KNHS/FEI/Dravers NL), an other vaccines checker (EHV, Strangles) and an AI advisor. The service is informational in nature only.
3. No veterinary or legal advice
Tool results are based on programmed interpretations of publicly available regulations. The outcomes do not constitute veterinary or legal advice and may differ from current regulations or your horse's specific situation. Always consult a licensed veterinarian or the relevant sports federation for binding advice.
4. Use of AI
Animeta Tools uses artificial intelligence for passport recognition and the AI advisor. The user remains solely responsible for verifying AI-generated results. Uploaded passport photos are not stored.
5. Liability
Animeta BV is not liable for damages resulting from the use of or reliance on tool outcomes. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of completeness, accuracy or availability. Animeta BV strives for high availability but provides no guarantees.
6. Acceptable use
Use of the service for unlawful purposes, disruption of its operation, or automated querying without prior written consent from Animeta BV is not permitted.
7. Intellectual property
All rights to the Animeta Tools software, design and content are held by Animeta BV. Use outside the service without written permission is not permitted.
8. Changes
Animeta BV reserves the right to modify these terms and the service at any time. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Noord-Nederland district.
